If I've put out an ad, chances are I've mentioned that ProBoards is my preferred method of writing. It's a fully customizable forum that's perfect for roleplays. All sorts of information, media, and posts themselves can be housed on it, and I own my own. Each roleplay is sectioned in its own board that's private with for access rules. Members of the board cannot see other members, as that's a private feature as well.
